DEVOTED
We are grateful for the wonderful opportunities God has given Hamilton Baptist Church to partner with other churches and missionaries to make disciples, both locally and internationally. It is our prayer that God would deepen our love for him, our neighbors, and the nations.
Join us on March 14-16, 2025 as we will learn how God is working and how you can be further involved.
WHY A MISSIONS CONFERENCE?

- Brian & Debbie McIntyre: Missionaries with West African Mercy Ministries (WAMM), a children’s home in Ghana
- Barry Cates: Fellowship of Christian Athletes (Loudoun County), a ministry that evangelizes to children and youth through sports
- Windswept Academy, a school for Native American children in Eagle Butte, SD
- Niki Mattson: Mosaic-Virginia, a Pregnancy Care center in Lansdowne, VA
- Madeline Cockerill & Susannah Lee: Tree of Life, a ministry addressing communal needs in Purcellville, VA
- Cody Snyder: Church Planter (Lovettsville Baptist Church)
- Brett Lesher: STAFF Fellowship, a ministry uniting school staff around the Gospel (Loudoun County)
- Curtis Atkinson & Michael Gilbert: Young Life, a ministry devoted to helping adolescents grow in their faith (Loudoun County)

SCHEDULE
Friday Night (3/14)
6:30-9:00 p.m. – “Dinner with a Missionary” is an excellent opportunity to get to know one of our partners in the Gospel. Choose a pre-determined member’s home to fellowship and dine with other HBC folks and the missionary. Space is limited.
Please note – spots are on a first-come basis. We will close the registration once the host home reaches capacity.
Saturday (3/15)
9:00-9:30 a.m. – Coffee & Light Snacks; Fair; Child Check-In*
9:30-10:30 a.m. – Main Session #1: DEVOTED To The Glory Of God
10:30-11:05 a.m. – Breakouts #1
11:05-11:15 a.m. – Short Break
11:15-11:50 a.m. – Breakouts #2
11:50-1:00 p.m. – Lunch
1:00-2:30 p.m. – Main Session #2: DEVOTED To Making Disciples
For children:
9:00-11:50 a.m. – Nursery care ages 0-4 years (Nursery wing)
1:00-2:30 p.m. – Nursery care ages 0-4 years (Nursery wing)
10:30-11:50 a.m. – Kids On Mission, ages 5 years – 5th grade (rooms E303 and E301)
*Parents, please plan to check in your children at our iPad stations prior to dropping them off for the first session. Please keep your sticker with you throughout the entire day.
Sunday (3/16)
9:00 a.m. – Various Sunday School classes led/taught by missionaries.
10:30 a.m. – Worship service* / Kevin McKay, Pastor of Grace Harbor Church (Providence, RI) will preach.
We will also read a passage of Scripture in as many languages as possible during the service.
